Description

Ocean Views of Kamaole Beach Park from this spacious lanai! Perfect for your morning coffee and the newspaper or an afternoon relaxer watching sunset. Central location makes trips to the beach or shopping/dining a breeze! The third floor location is easily accessed by elevator or stairs and provides a breezy lanai and overlooks a view of the beach.Kihei Alii Kai has a pool, tennis courts, a barbecue, and hot tub.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, in unit washer/dryer, and large smart tv and sound bar which brings all the comforts of home. At this property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

This unit was perfect. It's the first building in the complex, so you have a great view of the beach. It has chairs, towels, cooler, washer/dryer, new fridge, full kitchen with pots/pans/utensils, and the place was super clean. It's steps away from some shops and is right across from the beach. In addition, it was very spacious for a one bedroom condo. The pull out couch is a little older, but was fine for my kids. The bedroom didn't have an AC unit, but the ceiling fan did the job. The management company, Bello Realty, was always very responsive when I had questions and they were extremely professional. Zero complaints here and I would not hesitate to rent this property again. If you are on the fence, don't be. You will not regret it!

Notre séjour était du 17 au 25 juillet 2023. L'emplacement est parfait à 2 minutes à pieds de la plage et de plusieurs commerces (restaurants, abc Store, liquor store, épicerie, etc.). Le balcon est grand et agréable, avec sa vue sur l'océan de la plage Kam 1. Nous avons bien profité de la plage et du snorkeling nous permettant de nager avec les tortues. Les couchers de soleil y sont incroyables également.

L'appartement était propre, bien équipé, répondant à l'ensemble de nos besoins pour cuisiner, faire la lessive, etc.

Les communications avec l'hôte ont été faciles et à notre satisfaction, alors que l'arrivée autonome fut appréciée.

Le seul aspect décevant est que nous n'avons pu utiliser la piscine et le spa les 5 premiers jours de notre voyage, comme des travaux étaient en cours, sans avis préalable de l'hôte. Ayant passé quelques moments par la suite à la piscine, nous pouvons dire que tout est propre, spacieux et que l'environnement est agréable.

Sommes toutes, nous nous sommes sentis chez nous et confortables au Kihei Alii Kai et y reviendrons assurément. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Condo is clean and spacious, located across the beach and restaurants choices closeby, walking distance to a coffee shop. Great location. Condo provides beach chairs, snorkeling gear. Lots of channel/cable choices, strong internet connection. Enjoyed our vacation!

Wonderful location. Nice view. Close to everything you need. Nice pool. Place itself outdated but suited my needs. Arrived Monday night no internet. Called Tuesday morning someone finally got back to me and said it would be sorted out. New internet provider to be set up. Thursday late morning finally got internet set up but after it was up no longer had cable. Was told I would get a daily rate of $20 for the few days I lost of internet but never happened. No return calls or emails from company. Called about issue with the blind. No response. If you don’t have any issues with the place it will be fine but if you need anything from the rental agency good luck!
It took away a little from my stay.

Apartment is very spacious and fully stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The location is perfect and the lanai with ocean views was the cherry on top. Only criticism I would give is that the property management company is not very communicative. Would highly recommend this property.

I noticed the owners parked in the guest parking spots. Parking is limited in front of building. The parking in the back is a distance away

Overall a very good stay. Place was clean and spacious. Not very modern but that's not a big deal to me. Only issue was the dishwasher didn't work and for a longer stay that would have been problematic.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Kihei Alii Kai 302. We took a 2 minute walk to Kamaole Beach and swam in the bay everyday. We enjoyed preparing our meals in the kitchen. This is our second year staying here and we hope to coma again next year.
