Description

302 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath renovated condo, perfect for a family getaway. Central A / C and double-pane glass keeps the condo cool and quiet. One bedroom has a king bed another has twin beds. The living room sectional converts into two twin beds, and is more comfortable than a sofa sleeper. One bath has a tub / shower combo, the other a walk in shower. The kitchen has birch cabinets and Corian® counter tops. There are partial ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. These features plus free wi-fi makes 302 a very popular condo.

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

This was our second time staying at the Nani Kai Hale. Love the fact they have King beds and 2 bathrooms. Our unit was well stocked and was very clean. All the floors have laundry facilities too. The grounds, pool and barbecue are kept immaculately, I like that there is a grassy area and also it’s right on the water.

Great stay! Beach access, wonderful beachfront lounge area with plenty of tables, chairs, large umbrellas and a wonderful outdoor kitchen area. The condo is just as it looks, extremely clean, well maintained, very comfortable with a kitchen, well stocked with pans, dishes, utensils. Perfect mid-island location to easily access all your activities.

Great location, convenient to many restaurants and stores. The grounds are amazing, right on the beach, gorgeous sunsets, along with a beautiful barbeque area to relax at.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Close to almost all the attractions, a lot of space for everybody and my kids specially mentioned that they slept good and comfortable in their twin beds. The kitchen is very useful but we don’t have time to cook just the basic like fridge, microwave, toaster and some silvers. All in all great experience. Thank you and wish to stay there again next time.

It was a wonderful experience as this was our first time to Hawaii and Nani Kai Hale. I would like to recognize Stephen who takes care of the property outside. He does a fantastic job. The grounds were always immaculate as well as the heated pool. We saw him working all eight days of our stay at Nani Kai Hale. You have a real gem in that gentleman.
