Description

A rare find! Three bedrooms and three baths and two levels make for plenty of space in this apartment. The first floor has a master bedroom-bath suite with a king bed; the second bedroom has two twin beds, and there is a kitchen and dining and living area which open onto a spacious lanai. The second floor loft bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom. Both guest bedrooms have the option for the twin beds to be converted to a King size bed (upon request and approval). There is a private lanai off the loft bedroom and en suite washer/dryer. Koa Resort is a wonderful location for a family vacation with a large swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts and barbecue grills throughout the five acre landscaped grounds.

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout. W30404298-01

The house was equipped with everything ! Including beach towels which came in handy as we didn’t pack those. The house was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay!

Overall the unit is nice and clean, very beautiful but the biggest issue was no AC. It was a good thing it wasn't very hot the week we went, my 1yr old twins still had a hard time sleeping cause it was hot even with all the fans on.

This was a great place to stay while in Kihei. It is centrally located and only a short walk to the beach. It is large and spacious. We absolutely loved it there!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this rental - everything was clean, well kept, and had all the basic necessities. The parking permit wasn't on-hand when we arrived, but the management office got this to us with very quick turn around time and no issues!

This spot had almost no flaws! Great layout, great location. The only issue was the lack of central air, but they provide multiple fans and if you open the doors/windows and put the fans near them it keeps the place cool enough. Would definitely stay again.
