Enjoy your stay at this newly listed 2BR/2BA premium condo next to the beach in the heart of Kihei. 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins to grocery and restaurants. Tropical garden, swimming pool & Jacuzzi. Condo features in unti washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, AC, and WiFi.

The lanai has Haleakala mountain view, a dining set, and is equipped with beach gear. Vaulted floor-to-ceiling glass wall brings an unobstructed view from the kitchen, bedroom and living room.

This condo has two bedrooms, the downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs LOFTED bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The living room has a new memory foam queen sofa bed which can accommodate 2 guests. It has two full baths, one with tub access. Each bedroom also has beautiful outside view and plenty of natural sunlight and breeze.

Whole condo will be available to the guests. If you care about storage space, there is plenty in the house for guest access. The newly installed washer and dryer units is a rare luxury in Maui and great for in-house laundry after a long day in Maui.

Kitchen is fully equipped with blender, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cups and all necessary silverware/cooking pots. You may find essential condiments stocked. Anytime you need something, the grocery store is right behind the community at 5 mins walking distance.

At this property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

The location of our stay was amazing
We're about a 2 minute walk from the beach, every day and night we walked down to the beach to watch the beautiful sunset. People in the surrounding rooms near the beach were so friendly as well. I would recommend especially if you have a little family - kid friendly

Beautiful location with all the essentials. Beds were comfortable, ac worked well, great water pressure, and very clean. We didn’t do any cooking, but it looked like all the basics were available to do so, even a grocery store within walking distance.

Overall, we had a great time at Kihei Garden Estates. A lovely property and well designed units, in a very quiet area of Kihei. The grounds of the property were excellent and well maintained. The common pool and hot tub area were great; nice to use on a rainy day when it was unsafe to be in the ocean.

Beds were very comfortable, which is important after a long day of hiking or surfing or exploring the island. However, we would suggest the property management company pay more attention to lighting in this unit. The living area was very dim in evenings even with all available lights on. A number of bulbs were burned out throughout the unit and no spares bulbs were found to replace them. The living room furniture also requires some attention -either a very good cleaning or replacement, as it was quiet stained & worn.

Granted, we did not call the management company during our stay to address these issues - as we were too busy during the day enjoying beautiful Maui!
